Robotics

Robotics is a domain that includes areas such as Mechanics, Electronics, Embedded Systems and Software. Besides other objectives, it mainly involves construction of the robotic (or robot) systems that can automate repetitive tasks including heavy, sensitive and/or highly-accurate work that requires large or highly-focused human effort. Some of the examples include underground mining work, making of motherboards, etc. Since using all-human effort for such kinds of tasks may result in inefficiency or inaccuracy in the production, robotic systems play a crucial role in bringing efficiency and accuracy.
