This idea is based on automation and streamlining Sales, Purchase & Inventory processes within an organization. The proposed tool shall be developed after assuming the process workflow that occurs between Sales Manager, Purchase Manager & Inventory Manager of a company.
Before planning this tool, we focussed on the disadvantages of manual handling of these functions and how they bring inefficiency in productivity of an (imaginary) company. For example:
• Inefficient record maintenance like Client Details, Stock Details, Sales Information etc.
• Delays & inefficiency in the communication between managers of the different departments like Sales, Purchase & Inventory especially when they are located across diverse geographical locations
• Security issues in record keeping & communication
The application shall primarily have three classification of users namely:
1. Sales Manager
2. Purchase Manager
3. Inventory Manager
